Testimonials

We had an outstanding experience working with Steve as our home inspector. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented throughout the entire inspection process. His report was exceptionally well organized, easy to understand, and extremely comprehensive. What really set Steve apart was the level of service he provided after the inspection. He went above and beyond by helping connect us with insurance brokers for a difficult-to-insure property and even assisted us in reviewing repair concerns with the solar system. His expertise and willingness to help saved us thousands of dollars in repairs and issues we otherwise would have completely missed. If you are looking for a home inspector who is professional, meticulous, and truly invested in helping his clients, I cannot recommend Steve and Total Home Inspection Services highly enough.

I've had Total Home Inspection Services LLC do radon tests at several of my rental houses. They are reliable, efficient, and give quick and accurate results. Can't ask for anything more!

Simply the best! I contacted Steve because I needed a second opinion on a sewer line video scope. He responded immediately, and the impeccable, professional video scope and honest, thorough report provided the answers I needed -- saving me thousands that another plumber estimated. I highly, highly recommend Steve/Total Home Inspection Services. If I need a sewer scope in the future, I will call on him. When it's time to sell and buy again, and I need an inspection, I will call on him. Thank you, Steve/THI.

Steve is great, very knowledgeable, very focused on sustainablity and the environment and very reliable.

Steve did a great job inspecting the house we are purchasing. I was unable to be there for the inspection, but he provided a very detailed report and went over it with me over the phone. He's very knowledgeable and taught me a lot about the design and workings of this particular house. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Steve did a recent home inspection for us in Estes Park. He was very responsive, thorough in his inspection and took the time to explain what he had found. We own personal and investment properties and have worked with multiple inspectors - Steve is the best one we've encountered.
